My lawn looks much better
My lawn looks much better than my neighbors and is already green! I also have the tree & shrub service. My technician leaves notes on lawn analysis and what we need to do (e.g. water at certain times).

Excellent service
We have been TruGreen customers for 7 years at our current home and for 11 years at our previous home. We have enjoyed beautiful results with our lawns at both homes. Our lawn looks so green and it is very healthy. We have used the tree and shrub service for a few years now and are very pleased with the health and growth of our trees, especially three small trees that we thought were in bad shape when we moved in. We are located on a well-used walkway/trail and whenever we are outside, we receive compliments and questions from nearly everyone that walks by. Our TruGreen technicians always talk with us, give us advice and check back to make sure we are satisfied. When we have had a question, we have gotten a follow-up phone call right away.

My lawn looks great all year long! It's nice to just mow and water it and let TruGreen worry about the fertilizers, weed control, bug control etc. I would highly recommend TruGreen!

Please note, a score of 5 shows perfection. As good as TruGreen and their staff are, none of us are perfect. What I do appreciate is the technicians that service our property. All are professional, engaging and answer my questions. I also appreciate the follow up on any questions or issues I may encounter.

They always call 1 or 2 day before coming out to service our lawn this is a reminder so that we will be able to give them access to the areas of our yard and we can keep out pets indoors as needed. They always ring the door bell or knock before they start and when they have completed their work. Our tech always check to see if we need any additional work done or scheduled for future service before he leaves.
