Nopal by Taco Block is Wheat Ridge's most-loved Mexican taco restaurant, serving Denver metro since 2006. Born from humble beginnings as a food trailer at Virginia and Federal, we've grown into a full restaurant at 6551 W 44th Ave — and we still make every taco the same way: fresh, authentic, and with heart. Our menu features a wide variety of tacos including al pastor, asada, barbacoa, and vegetarian options made with nopales (cactus), corn, rice, pineapple, and our signature salsa aguacate.
